With “The Academy” e-Learning site, our team will provide your district the means to deliver our unique and proven training portfolio to your internal and external stakeholders 24/7. The Academy site will provide you the capability to track all users, their time in courses, their grade post testing and deliver certificates of completion. You’ll decide on the curriculum, the required course grade, the method of providing feedback, and the ability to control the look and feel of the certificates of completion.

Work-based e-learning can improve the flexibility and quality of learning by:

• providing access to a range of resources and materials which may not otherwise be
• available or accessible; (for example graphics, sound, animation, multimedia)
• giving control to personnel over when and where they study
• allowing personnel to study at their own pace
• supporting economic reuse of high quality, expensive resources
• encouraging personnel to take responsibility for their own learning.
